Elmhurst Hospital Auxiliary is a membership-based volunteer organization. Volunteers just like you enable us to do what we do and provide quality care for patients. Our team of dedicated volunteers works in collaboration with NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst to enact positive change in the Elmhurst community by working to support special community outreach programs, enrich patient services, and promote a healthier community!

 

In additional to fundraising, Auxiliary members are involved in organizing and promoting special fundraising events and community outreach services for the benefit of NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst, its patients, and the greater Elmhurst community. WHAT WE DO

Team members at Elmhurst Hospital Auxiliary regularly host special fundraising events, such as our annual Gala. These events allow us to raise funds that go directly toward capital enhancements, purchases of new equipment and technology, and upgrades to other areas of the hospital that require significant renovation. They also facilitate community gathering and provide our donors the chance to celebrate together and give back to a good cause.

Our team also regularly organizes special community outreach programs that serve to bring healthcare services to the Elmhurst community. These programs also help raise awareness on important healthcare topics among the many medically underserved communities throughout the borough.
