About the Auxiliary
For over 85 years, NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst Hospital Auxiliary has raised funds to support our local, independent, publicly-funded hospital. Our mission is to fundraise for NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst in order to support the hospital's commitment to providing innovative, quality healthcare for our communities, regardless of a patient's ability to pay.
We accomplish this by providing avenues for individuals, corporations, and philanthropic organizations to partner with us and support the hospital.

The Auxiliary raises money through special events, targeted campaigns, and the solicitation of foundation and corporate grants.
All funds raised by the Auxiliary are distributed for projects, activities, and equipment that enhance patient care at the hospital. Your generosity changes lives.
